Motorbike is a casual motorcycle skills and racing game for the Oculus Rift (Platform), developed and published by baKno Games. It supports the DK1 and DK2 development kits and runs on Windows and Mac. UploadVR reviewed the game in December 2014, when demos for Windows and Mac could be downloaded from the developer's website or Oculus Share, and a full version was priced at US$4.95.[1] It was later listed on Steam, with a release date of 19 January 2015 on that store.[2] The developer's site now describes version 9.0 as available for several platforms, including SteamVR.[3]

Reviewed 9 October 2026. Checked title, developer, publisher, Steam release date, Steam review counts, UploadVR review claims and the developer site against the cited pages About review dates.

Overview

The player rides a motorcycle along tracks with obstacles. UploadVR described the view as third-person, which lets the player look down the track and lean in to examine obstacles ahead, and called the controls extremely simple. The reviewer played on a DK2.[1] The Steam listing shows full controller support and a keyboard-only option, so the game can be played with a Gamepad or Keyboard.[2]

According to the Steam listing, the game includes 100 original tracks and a track editor for making and sharing custom tracks, along with tracks created by other players online. The player can pick different riders, bikes and landscapes, and can play online against other players.[2] UploadVR reported over 100 pre-made tracks across four seasonal environments (spring, summer, fall and winter).[1]

Reception

UploadVR's December 2014 review compared the game's short, casual sessions to Angry Birds in its headline.[1] As of October 2026, Steam user reviews were rated Mixed, based on 64 reviews (39 positive and 25 negative).[4]
