The podcast is hosted and produced by Mojtaba Tabatabaie, a software engineer and augmented reality specialist who has been researching AR since 2010.[2] Tabatabaie completed his master's thesis on Augmented Reality and founded PendAR (www.pendartechs.com) in 2012, an augmented reality focused company that introduced AR in the MENA region with "Runna AR."[2] PendAR developed Petropars AR, which was described as the world's first augmented reality application in the Oil & Gas field for Iran's 12th phase of oil and gas.[2] He has worked on numerous AR applications across different industries. Tabatabaie currently serves as the CEO of Alpha Reality (alphareality.io), a company working on cutting-edge technologies in Indoor Navigation, Face Recognition, Computer Vision, and AI.[2]
