Fancy Skiing VR is a skiing Sports game for VR developed and published by 哈视奇科技 (HashVR).[1] It was released on Steam on 6 August 2016 and requires a PC VR headset: the store listing names SteamVR or Oculus PC support and tracked controller support, and the game is listed as VR only.[1] The game is built with the Unity engine.[1]

Reviewed 9 October 2026. Checked title, developer, publisher, release date, VR support, gameplay description and Steam review summary against the Steam store page and its data feeds About review dates.

Overview

The player skis down a slope while holding the controllers like ski poles. According to the Steam listing, pushing with the controllers builds speed and leaning left or right steers the skier. The course contains obstacles, some of which move, and the player tries to ski as far as possible; speed also counts toward the final score.[1] The developer lists additions such as leaping canyons and hunting deer.[1]

The Steam listing says players who feel motion sickness can sit down to play.[1] The game supports one player only.[1]

Reception

Steam user reviews were rated Mostly Positive as of October 2026, based on 244 reviews across all languages (176 positive, 68 negative) in the store's review data.[2]
