The Rokid AR Lite is a standalone spatial computing AR glasses package developed by Rokid, announced May 2024 at $749 ($499 early bird). Combines Rokid Max 2 glasses (75g, Sony micro-OLED) with Rokid Station 2 compute puck (Snapdragon 6 Gen 1), enabling standalone AR without phone/PC. Features YodaOS-Master spatial OS, 3DoF tracking, multi-app windowed mode, 50° FOV, 300" virtual screen, and first Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 AR device.

History and Development

Rokid unveiled the AR Lite at AWE 2024 in May 2024, positioning it as an affordable Apple Vision Pro alternative. The package combines upgraded Max 2 glasses with a dedicated Station 2 compute puck, delivering standalone AR without requiring smartphone or PC connection. First AR glasses powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 (4nm). Multi-app windowed mode enables productivity use cases previously limited to more expensive headsets.[1]
