The HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset is a Windows Mixed Reality head-mounted display developed by HP. Released in October 2017 as part of Microsoft's Windows Mixed Reality platform launch, the HP headset features dual LCD displays at 1440 x 1440 per eye resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, and 95-degree field of view. The headset uses HoloLens-derived inside-out tracking technology with two 180-degree infrared cameras, eliminating the need for external sensors.[1]

Consumer Launch

The consumer version launched in October 2017 alongside Windows 10 Fall Creators Update at $449.
