Pinball Inside: A VR Arcade Game is a free VR pinball game for Windows, developed and published by Reality Reflection. It was released on Steam on 8 March 2017 and supports SteamVR headsets such as the HTC Vive, as well as the Oculus Rift with Oculus Touch controllers.[1] The Steam listing also tags it as VR only and lists it as a casual, indie game.[1]
Overview
The game places the player at a virtual pinball table in a virtual space. The Steam page describes it as "Simple Pinball" in virtual reality, played on a virtual version of a real-life pinball machine.[1] The player launches the ball with a plunger and works the flippers to keep it in play; a reset-position control is also mapped on every listed input method.[1]
Four input methods are listed: HTC Vive controllers (trigger for the flippers, trackpad for the plunger), Oculus Touch (trigger for the flippers, A button for the plunger), an Xbox controller (bumpers or triggers for the left and right flippers, A for the plunger) and a keyboard (left and right Ctrl for the flippers, Space for the plunger).[1] The game is single-player, and Steam lists partial controller support and tracked controller support.[1]
