Featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2, dual 2448x2448 LCD displays, 120° field of view, integrated 120 Hz eye tracking with automatic IPD adjustment, 26-point illuminated hand tracking, full-color passthrough, removable hot-swappable battery, 12 GB RAM, DisplayPort for tethered PC VR, and both standalone VIVE OS and SteamVR PC support. History and Development
HTC announced the VIVE Focus Vision on September 18, 2024 as their flagship VR headset combining standalone capability with premium PC VR support. Positioned as the successor to both the Vive Focus 3 (standalone) and Vive Pro 2 (PC VR), the Focus Vision bridges enterprise and consumer markets. The DisplayPort connection enables native PC VR without compression, with 120 Hz support planned. A Business Edition with 256 GB storage and enterprise software suite is also available.[1]
