Oculus Store
Oculus Store is the official Virtual Reality App Store for the Oculus Rift. Created by Oculus VR, Oculus Store curates and distributes apps created for various Rift devices. The app store will be accessible on VR Devices such as DK1, DK2, CV1 and Samsung Gear VR through the Oculus Home Portal. 2D versions of Oculus Store is accessible on PC and mobile devices. The non-VR predecessor of Rift app distribution platform is Oculus Share.

Users and developers for the Rift does not have to download and publish apps on the Oculus Store. They free to distribute their apps on other App Stores.
As of May 2015, Oculus Store can only be accessed on Samsung smartphones compatible with Samsung Gear VR. Oculus Store for Rift and PC is scheduled to be released in Q1 2016.
