The Meta Quest 2 (originally Oculus Quest 2) is a standalone virtual reality head-mounted display developed by Reality Labs, a division of Meta Platforms. Unveiled on September 16, 2020 and released on October 13, 2020, the Quest 2 became the best-selling VR headset of all time. The headset features a fast-switch LCD display at 1832 x 1920 per eye with up to 120 Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 processor, and supports both standalone VR and PC VR via Quest Link and Air Link. The Quest 2 was rebranded from Oculus to Meta in 2022.[1]
