Objective reality is the real world. It is the our physical surroundings. One definition of objective reality is the collection of things that we are sure exist independently of us. Every person is able, in principle, to verify every aspect of the objective reality.[1]
By contrast virtual reality is not the real world. It does not constitute our physical surroundings. We experience VR through our HMDs. The experience is highly individualized.
