Ultra wide band (UWB) is radio technology that can be used for 3D tracking.
It is used by Apple's Find my iPhone feature.
Qorvo is a company that has made UWB tracking components.
UWB can have accuracy of about one centimeter.
UWB's frequency range is between 3.1Ghz and 10.6Ghz.[1]
