The Virtual Boy is a VR game console developed by Nintendo and released in 1995. It was developed with a monochrome red display which is uncomfortable. It only had a few games made before it was discontinued. It was developed without any motion tracking, and required the user to sit still with their head up against the viewer screen.

The Virtual Boy was shown at E3 1995.^[1]
